If a YouTube video you have added is not displaying on your profile, check:
- Valid YouTube URL — Make sure you have entered a full YouTube video URL, not a playlist or channel link. The URL should look like:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX - Video visibility — The YouTube video must be set to Public on YouTube. Private or unlisted videos cannot be embedded on external sites.
- Correct link copied — Copy the URL directly from your browser address bar when viewing the video on YouTube.
If your video link appears correct but still does not show, please contact support.
