My profile is not appearing in the directory

Why your artist or industry profile might not be visible in the CMF directory.

If your profile is not appearing in the CMF directory, the most likely reasons are:

  • Awaiting approval — New profiles are reviewed by the CMF team before going live. Please allow 1 to 3 working days.
  • Profile is inactive — Check your dashboard to confirm your profile is set to active.
  • Incomplete profile — Profiles that are missing key information such as a stage name or profile photo may not be displayed.

If your profile has been approved and is set to active but is still not showing, please contact support.
