If your profile is not appearing in the CMF directory, the most likely reasons are:
- Awaiting approval — New profiles are reviewed by the CMF team before going live. Please allow 1 to 3 working days.
- Profile is inactive — Check your dashboard to confirm your profile is set to active.
- Incomplete profile — Profiles that are missing key information such as a stage name or profile photo may not be displayed.
If your profile has been approved and is set to active but is still not showing, please contact support.
