If you are having trouble uploading an image, check the following:
- File format — CMF accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images. Other formats such as GIF, BMP or HEIC may not be supported.
- File size — Very large files may be rejected. Try resizing or compressing your image before uploading.
- Connection — A slow or unstable internet connection can cause uploads to fail. Try again on a stable connection.
- Browser — Try a different browser if the issue persists.
