- Check your email address and password — Make sure you are using the correct email address and that Caps Lock is not on.
- Reset your password — Go to the login page and click Forgot password? to receive a reset link by email. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Check that your account is active — If your account has been suspended or is awaiting approval, you may not be able to log in. Check your inbox for any notifications from CMF.
- Try a different browser or device — Browser extensions or cached data can sometimes cause login issues. Try opening CMF in a private or incognito window.
- Clear your browser cookies — Cached login data can sometimes interfere. Clear cookies for this site and try again.
