If your release is not appearing publicly, the most likely reasons are:
- Awaiting approval — New releases are reviewed by the CMF team. This typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
- Artist profile not approved — Releases are only visible once your artist profile is also approved.
- Release is inactive — Check your dashboard to confirm the release is set to active.
If your release has been approved and your profile is active but the release is still not showing, please contact support with the release title and we will investigate.
