Welcome to the Country Music Factory — your home for discovering country artists, backing them in the charts and catching them live. A fan account is completely free, and it only takes a couple of minutes to make CMF your own. Here’s how to get going.
1. Create your free account
Sign up and choose Fan as your account type. There’s nothing to pay, ever — fans get every feature at no cost. Once you confirm your email, your personal Feed becomes your home base, ready to fill with the artists and music you love.
2. Follow your favourite artists
Head to Explore Artists and hit Follow on anyone whose sound you like. Following an artist wires them into your Feed, so their new releases, gig announcements and chart news all land in one place. The more you follow, the richer your feed gets.
Follow the artists you love and their news comes straight to your feed.
3. Save the music you love
Found a release you can’t stop playing? Tap the heart to like and save it, and it’s filed in My Library for easy listening later. You can save videos the same way, so your favourites — music and performances — are always a click away.
Everything you heart is kept together in My Library.
Following and saving are what make CMF yours — the more you do, the better everything you see gets.
4. Vote in the CMF Top 40
This is where fans make a real difference. Every week you can vote for the releases you want to see climb the CMF Top 40. It’s one vote per release, and the whole chart resets every Monday — so coming back each week to back your favourites genuinely moves them up.
Your votes shape the weekly chart — come back every Monday to keep backing your artists.
5. Watch on CMF TV
CMF TV is the video side of CMF — music videos and live performances from country artists across the platform. Watch on the hub, save the videos you love to your library, and check the CMF TV Top 20 for the week’s most-watched clips.
Watch, save and discover performances on CMF TV.
6. Never miss a gig
When artists you follow announce shows, they appear in your Upcoming Events, sorted by date with the venue and town. It’s the easy way to catch your favourites live — and to find new gigs happening near you.
Gigs from every artist you follow, gathered in one place.
One more thing: opportunities
Play a bit yourself, or work in music? The Opportunities board lists support slots, session work, festival spots and more posted by artists and industry members — worth a browse even as a fan.
That’s it — follow, save, vote and show up. The more you use CMF, the more it feels like yours. Stuck on anything? Every part of the site has a short article here in the Support Centre, and you can always contact our team. Enjoy the music.
